Hi Clay,

I'm wondering if you count fiber(veggies) as part of these carb counts? I've heard of some people that do and some that dont.

Thanks!

i was a bit unclear in my previous post even to myself. what I wanted to ask is how much should I increase protein intake when increasing carb intake and is it possible to increase protein intake and leave carb intake intact to gain more muscle. I currently weigh 90 kg and I am eating around 300g of carbs and 270 g of protein per day. Thanks in advance

hi. i do have one question. if I follow this program od dieting, i assume after some time theroretically I will reach plateau in my weight, right. So I was wondering when making next step, increasing bodyweight, should I increase carbohydrates intake and leave protein intake the same, or vice versa, incrasing protein intake and leaving carb intake the same. I wanted to hear your opinion because once i get lean i wouldnt like to gain fat :). thanks in advance
