Pecan Crusted Chicken Tenders Recipe

 Like Chicken Fingers?  Here’s a recipe for a much healthier version.  Now you can indulge guilt-free!
Ingredients:

Olive oil cooking spray
1 1/3 to 2 pounds of chicken tenders
Salt and pepper (freshly ground is best)
