Question: Do those fundamentals apply to everyone?
Like I’m a teenage girl, I weigh about 230 pounds and I’m the only one in my household trying to lose wieght. I do about twenty minutes to a half hour worth of exercise a day. Sometimes forty minutes.
Based on these, would your fundamentals be of more help to me or harm? (sent via youtube)

The only immediate exception I can even think of is someone on dialysis who has to eat very little protein. As always, you should make sure your Dr says it’s ok to do any diet or exercise program.
