Question: I have been weight-training for the past 7 years….I recently started doing weight training after 6 months gap.. and hurt my right elbow joint while doing heavy lying triceps extension (I should not have gone for heavy,blunder!!).
Almost 6 weeks are over now and no relief. Doctor told me it’s bursitis and will go away. There is no swelling at the tip, no redness or scar but there is sharp pain on elbow tip especially on touch.
When on NSAIDS the pain goes away and feels everything is normal but soon after stopping comes back. I don’t want to continue NSAIDS and want to start workout soon. Any help will be much appreciated!
