Contrary to how we tend to approach food, the purpose of eating is NOT to simply please your palate. Nor is the goal to fill your stomach so full that you couldn’t eat another bite.
The true purpose of eating is to supply your body with the nutrients it needs to function optimally… and to function optimally for a long time.
Eating with this purpose in mind is the only, and I do mean only, way to enjoy the long, productive, and enjoyable life that you’re meant to live.
I truly hope you’ll read and reread that statement until it really makes sense and sinks in. And please share it with others that could benefit – which is pretty much anyone and everyone.
