One of my star clients recently sent me this recipe and it looks GREAT! So I thought I’d share. Take it away Joseph!
Dr. Clay,
I stumbled across this and wanted to share it with you. It tastes great and doesn’t have much additional fat or carbs. The best part is that the ratio is simple 1:1:1:1 (making it simple for us guys).
Ingredients
- 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1 teaspoon Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tablespoon Jell-O Fat Free Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Pudding
- Splenda to taste for added sweetness
All you have to do is mix it in a bowl and enjoy.
Note from Dr Clay: I’ve found that a blended whey/casein protein works best in recipes where thickness is desired. So I would avoid whey protein and opt for a blend like ProV60 or Metabolic Drive.
