Say Bye to Stubborn Lower Body Fat!

no lower body fat on Jaime Eason

Ladies, if you tried a diet and exercise program in the past but were still left with  much more lower body fat than you were happy with, then you’ll love the insider tip I’m about to give you.

First, let me explain one basic, but often overlooked fact. There are essentially three components to making changes to your physique.  There’s the nutrition component, the training component, and then the cardiovascular exercise component.

So if you didn’t lose all the fat in your lower body that you wanted to, then clearly one or more of these three components was not properly addressed. So go back and take an honest look at what you were doing and see if you can see which one or ones may have been to blame.

It’s fairly common knowledge that many females have a hard time losing lower body fat, but this is simply due to those pesky female hormones, in particular estrogen.  This estrogenic fat distribution occurs below the belt, predominately in the butt and thighs.

But, there is one trick that I’ve learned over the years… something I picked up on after working with well over 100 females. But it was well worth the wait!

Females, as compared to males, tend to do better on a lower carbohydrate diet. This turns out to be more effective at forcing the body to basically eat through (metabolize and burn) that stubborn lower body fat.

But there are numerous flaws to a low-carb diet.  And because of that, it requires a fix. And that’s where Macro-cycling™ comes in. More on that in a moment.

Years ago I read the popular Atkins book and I said “Okay, although the physiology makes sense, I still think this diet is inferior. But let me keep an open mind and try it.”

I was actually amazed that I did burn a lot of fat, but I could hardly lift a weight because I was so freakin’ tired! I knew that carbs fueled your workouts, but I didn’t literally feel that until I cut all the carbs out of my diet. Heck, I was so tired I could barely lift my water bottle.

Then I began to tinker around and found that by cycling or alternating the amounts of carbohydrates I consume, I felt MUCH better… but still lost incredible amounts of fat. I’ve since used this strategy VERY effectively with hundreds of people.

So, ladies, by Macro-cycling™ (strategically alternating the amount of the macronutrients you consume), you’ll be able to eat through your lower body fat, but without the metabolic slow-down and fatigue that you get with standard low carb diets.

The higher carb days will refuel your body, give your metabolism a boost, and fuel your muscles with the glycogen (stored energy) they need to get you through your workouts.
You’ll also be far less likely to want to eat an entire loaf of bread… followed by a box of doughnuts.

Here’s to looking and feeling your BEST!
