“…my elbow locks up and cracks when I force it to move.”
Question: I have an annoying but minor problem. For some reason, randomly throughout the day, my elbow locks up and cracks when i force it to move again. This has been happening for almost 2 years now and its not hindering my progress. It sounds like a knuckle cracking when it happens and sometimes it hurts a little. Just want to know what to do for it. (forum post)
Answer: The problem is that your radius is subluxated. That simply means that your radius (the lateral bone in your forearm) is ever so slightly out of place. A simple adjustment by a chiropractor skilled in extremity adjustments will fix it right up.
