Hi Dr. Clay,
I just left a message on tmuscle.com about the delt triad. My question was since I have pronated shoulders (desk jockey) could I effectively sub the front raises with seated db reverse flyes to target the rear delts? I know rear delts with back make more sense but I was hoping this program with its tut would allow the rear delts to start to offset the anterior. Or should I just shutup and follow the program?
