Here’s a supplemental video for an article I wrote for www.FigureAthlete.com.

This (very informal) video shows you how I manipulated a client’s diet to help her gain muscle.

Note: the sound is a bit low (esp initially), so turn your speakers up a bit.

    thats still well low carb when im bulking i load up on like 600g of complex carbs on a normal day. she must be realy light
