FDA urges dieters to stop taking Hydroxycut supplement due to potential liver damage.
This is breaking news just released today. While I’m not the biggest fan of the FDA, this certainly warrants further investigation.
It seems a 19 year-old male has died from liver complications, allegedly brought on by use of Hydroxycut, a popular dietary supplment used to promote energy and fat-burning. In total, the FDA has received 23 reports of complications arising from the use of Hydroxycut.
It’s not yet clear which ingredient is supposedly causing liver problems. Or, it’s possible that the adverse effects are coming from an ingredient NOT listed on the label. It’s not yet known, so stay tuned…

Now people can stop waisting money on a useless product. Hopefully they can now lose weight like the rest of the folks, the hard way.
Nine million bottles of Hydroxycut sold annually.
I would rather take my chances with Hydroxycut than a FDA approve weightloss drug. The FDA wishes that 0.00000000000000001% mortality rate on the drugs they approve.
Think about it!
The FDA is pointing Garcinia Cambogia extract, chromium polynicotinate, Gymnema sylvestre extract and Camellia Sinenesis (C. Sinenesis) as the culprits.
Don’t be surprised if they go after the entire supplement industry because Big Pharma’s patents are running out and their pipelines are empty. That is what you get when you make a marketer CEO.
The FDA’s action against Inovate is based on this study:

There is nothing wrong with Hydroxycut. The FDA has their head where the sun does not shine as usual.
Cheers!
