Completely off topic (as I can’t find a contact info link on your website) is that some time ago you mentioned that you were working on a book (or perhaps ebook) on pre-contest dieting (including the water depletion; basically all the way until show day).
Is that still in the works? Available now?
Adrian, I sure appreciate you asking about my products. The contest prep book is something that needs to be finished up… sooner rather than later. Long story short, it’s about 90% completed, but temporarily got put on the back burner due to other projects.
How about this? I will have the book by the end of July or you get a free copy
