Shakes are typically way better than bars. There is actually a post on here (somewhere) about protein I "approve" of and where I order mine. But with some technical difficulties going on, some of the posts are hard to get to...for that I apologize and am working to get it fixed/improved ASAP.

BTW, Set Your Metabolism on Fire has lots of protein choices, so grab a copy of it if you haven't yet.

Best,
Dr Clay

Dr Clay

I was reading up on diets on T Nation and came across your recent article - "How Body builders should eat" - in fact I even printed it off for reference. My question is: what do you recommend as sources for the protein? Any MR shakes or bars fit into this picture?

Thanks

The Delt Triad itself is a superset - one set of all three of the exercises is done back-to-back with no rest, then rest and repeat twice more.

The routine at the bottom is an example of how to integrate the Delt Triad into a more full and complete shoulder workout. In that example you'd do you 5 normal sets of BB Shoulder Press followed by three rounds (supersets) of the Delt Triad.

That make sense?
