    Looks like the hamstring pull through is a very similar movement to the kettlebell swing (not the crossfit style of the swing though).

    It is…sort of. Though you keep your legs straighter on the pull-through to stretch (and target) your hams more. While the swings hit the upper back/shoulders more.

    Good point, though – they are similar.
