A coaching trip to Las Vegas (ok I admit…I had fun, too) this weekend for the NPC USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championship got me a little behind on the final edits.  So… I’m finishing everything up today and – barring any unforeseen circumstances – should be ready to send you your copy tomorrow – Wednesday.

    As of Thurs night (now), I think I have one more day’s work to do. I keep thinkin’ I’ll be done the next day, but I keep seeing improvements I want to make. But after another full day’s work I’ll probably so sick of looking at it that I’ll say “screw it! It’s good enough.” :)

    Assuming you have signed up in the box to the right (with your name and email), I will be sending you (and everyone) an email when it’s done and where to go to download it.

    I’m trying to finish up but keep seeing stuff I want to add/improve. But I’m going to wrap it up no matter what within a day or so.

    The book is coming along GREAT! I keep thinkin’ I’m done…but I have a “perfectionist” streak in me that I’m trying to override. :) So I’m trying to edit and make it better all the time. I’ve literally spent 8 hours a day (or more) on it this last week…and that’s after it was “done!”

    With the work I’m putting in and have put in, you’d think I was actually selling this bad boy in every major bookstore and it was gonna be in Oprah’s book club! I guess I have a problem doing something half-ass so-to-speak.

    Though I’m sure not everyone will absolutely love the book (though I feel most surely will), I can guarantee one thing…you will get your money’s worth! ;)

    Dude the info you have given us already is worth selling….I can only imagine that this will be great…and by the way I especially like your article on T-Nation “How a bodybuilder should eat” that article alone pretty much takes all the guess work out of dieting….THANK YOU

    Glad you liked that article, Cody. The book has pretty much all that, but with tons more stuff, especially for those who aren’t bodybuilders and aren’t advanced. It really started as a book for “beginners” but has ended up covering the spectrum from beginners to more advanced individuals. I think most people will really find it useful.

I’ll be swinging through there is a couple weeks to check out (and coach a client, Tim) the Mr. Alabama (Alabama State Bodybuilding & Figure Championship). Maybe I’ll get a chance to swing by Powerhouse for a couple workouts and to visit with you guys and gals.

    DrClay, I reviewed your e-book prior to the final edition but I have been unable to access the final edition. I have been trying RFL for just two days (yes New Year’s Resolution to get healthier) and it is great! I hope to find an outline of actual amounts of proteins, carbs and fats for this section. Until I tried the RFL I did not realize that this was missing from this section. When I tried to get the final edition, it said I already subscribed. HELP!

    PS I have even made it back to the gym after an year’s vacation!
