		<description>Roger that DC and thank you. I wouldn&#039;t ask about the specific program just a loose outline. I understand client/trainer privilege. However it is pretty impressive on your part. Known mostly as a bodybuilding/fitness trainer to put together a program that worked well on the other end of the spectrum. I find that pretty amazing and speaks well to your overall understanding of nutrition and how to apply it in vastly different applications. As for Steve, an Ironman right out of the box! He must be a special &quot;animal&quot; indeed. Congrats Steve, very impressive effort!

I will certainly go over the high points of his program, though I won&#039;t just cut and paste his entire program since, after all, he paid me for it!  Out of respect for clients I don&#039;t reveal their exact programs.  But that really wouldn&#039;t do any good cause anyone else&#039;s would need to be slightly different anyway.  

So I&#039;ll go over how to &quot;build your own&quot; endurance program like I did for Steve.  I think that&#039;s fair and is of more benefit that his own program.
