Hillarious Deadlift Video!

You have to watch this short video of a guy deadlifting 300 lbs then… just watch the video! It’ll make you rethink what it means to have a bad workout. :)

When people ask me about proper breathing when working out out I say “The most important thing is to just breathe. Don’t worry whether you’re breathing right or wrong, just don’t hold your breath…BREATHE!” Well, this guy clearly didn’t get the memo…and is therefore a perfect example of why not to hold your breath when working out! Thanks for the chuckles Breath-Holder-Guy!

I wonder what his reply was when someone asked “So, how was your workout?”

    Wow, talk about a total face plant. I wonder if he lost any teeth…

    As far as embarrassing gym moments, I’ll admit to something I bet most guys have experienced.

    High Protein diets often lead to excessive gastro distress and farting pretty bad. Just make sure you take care of everything before you start your squat session. Nothing like letting it rip during a widowmaker. I think I’ve even made myself gag :)

    I haven’t done it myself (honestly) but the scooting of the legs off the back of the treadmill and torso/face plant is a doozy. Humiliating the way the treadmill deposits you (I mean tone) onto the ground behind it. Followed of course by the nonchalant brushing oneself off.
    Yet another reason not to do so much cardio,

    I saw Adam (I think that’s his name) on Mythbusters do that when he was walking/running on the treadmill – DRUNK! It was hillarious!
