Physique Coaching Registration is LIVE!!
Are You Ready to for Me to Teach You EXACTLY How to Get Your Best Physique?
I don’t know much about cars, relationships, or finance, but I do happen to know a lot about Physique Enhancement and the training, nutrition, cardio, and supplementation that goes with that. And I should… I’ve been studying and doing this stuff for over 20 years now!
But here’s the thing: I didn’t work so hard to learn everything I could about nutrition and training so I could get lean, build some muscle, & look good struttin’ around on the beach! (Ok, maybe that was my motivation at first.
But when I trained my first client 18 years ago, I realized that I have a true passion for helping and teaching others.)
My love for teaching and all things physique-enhancement are what led me to create the Physique Coaching program. It’s the perfect way for me to not only help people achieve their fitness goals, but to also empower them with the knowledge to know how to do it themselves (and even how to help others do the same)!
I also wanted to make the program affordable so that anyone with the desire could participate. Based on what Alex says, I think we’ve done that:
“Hi Dr. Clay. I registered for your Physique Coaching program. Thanks for providing a service that even University (college) students can afford! I’m looking forward to working with you.” Alex M.
To say I’m excited about this new program would be like saying Tiger Woods kinda likes sex and Ambien… a serious understatement!
My Transformation
Guess what? Even us nutrition and training experts sometimes neglect our physiques a tad too much. In my effort to focus on helping others, I’ve slowly let some body fat get too comfortable around my waist! It’s time for it to go!
Not only will I be leading the Physique Coaching program, I’ll also be ‘participating’ by documenting my transformation over the four months! That way participants can see the exact diets, training, and cardio programs that I’m doing to get back into top shape. Plus I’ll share all my up and downs throughout the process…all on the member’s-only website and forum. I think that’ll be a great way to help other participants along the way, too.
Don’t Hit the Snooze Button!
Lastly, go read more about the Physique Coaching program. If you’re interested in joining us, please sign-up ASAP! Registration is now LIVE, but it won’t be for much longer!
We had originally planned on allowing up to 100 people to participate, but we’ve decided to keep the group smaller this time around. So registration may be closed at any time. Plus the program starts Monday, February 1st. And to be fair, we’re allowing participants on a first-come-first-served basis. That’s all for now, my friend, I’ve gotta run get in some morning cardio. (But wait! Won’t that burn up all my muscle?! Lol…that’s just ONE of the things we’ll be thoroughly discussing in the program.)
Your Physique Coach,
Dr Clay
PS: One quick thing: please don’t think this program is just about “eat small frequent meals, lift heavy to get strong, take creatine to build muscle, do HIIT to burn fat, etc.” You know all that already, and I realize that. This program will be providing detailed, cutting-edge, yet practical and easy-to-understand information. It’s sort of like this – if you’ve read my book (SYMOF) and my articles at T-Nation, etc., but want to know exactly how to implement the information in those… plus you want even MORE information… then you’ll absolutely love the Physique Coaching program. In other words…it’s not some watered-down crap!

I’d really like to sign up, but I am at school from 10am until 9pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Is that a problem?
I ‘think’ we’ll still have spots open this evening, but just in case – I’ll hold one open for you through tonight and tomorrow morning so you can get in for sure. So if it happens to be closed when you go to register, contact me via the contact page (button) at the top of the site and we’ll fix you up.
Looking forward to having you join us in the program…you’ll love it!
Best,
Dr Clay
MMAstar emailed me to clarify his question…so here’s the real answer for wanting to know:
The entire program is completely time-flexible! All the video seminars & live Q & A chats are recorded and placed on the private website so you can view them 24/7. And if you know ahead of time you have to miss a live chat, no problem. Just send in your questions prior and I’ll answer them live on the show.
So no matter your schedule, the program will be convenient for you!
Dr Clay
Hey Dr. Clay,
I have to go grocery shopping with my dorm on Sunday Jan. 31st; I understand the program starts Feb. 1st. But would it be possible to receive the diet/food listing on the Sunday?
Due to the university bus only going out to the grocery store 1 day a week on the Sunday, Thank you in advance! T-minus 3 days!
i´ve read through your “set your metabolism on fire” e-book and mainly agree with most of the ideas.
but wouldnt it be a better idea to eat coatteg cheese as the last meal of the day instead as the second.mainly because it consists mainly casein and would be a better choice for the night period or do u think the casein from the milk is sufficient or is it the same amount as in cottage cheese?
can I enter in the program now, even if you started feb 1
Matt, actually – yes you can still sign up, and we’d love to have you join us. We’ve built in a two-week window on each end, so you won’t miss a thing.
Hi Dr. Clay I wanted to say that I read your articles and catch your FA forums every now and again. You inspired me to become a personal trainer and finall compete in my very first figure competition this summer. I have a little bit of tweaking to do but so far I am on the right track. Thank you for providing your knowledge and experience to so many of us. I would like to catch one of your seminars or Figure coaching but I am sure that your services are well out of my price range. So for now thank you for giving this young mom the tools and ground work to change other peoples lives as you did mine.
Kimberly Strauf
Kimberly, thanks so much for taking the time to say that.
And a BIG congrats on your decision to become a trainer! I’m sure you’ll do great in that AND in your show! And I’m proud of you for taking the chance to step out of your comfort zone, after all, that’s where all the good stuff happens.
Although I can’t say more yet…keep an eye out here for some stuff around here that we’ll be doing specifically to help personal trainers and aspiring personal trainers.
Keep doing what you’re doing – finding your passion and going for it!
Alex, slow digesting proteins (i.e. casein) are great just about any time of the day, NOT just before bed. In fact, at least one study has shown that consuming casein post-workout is better (in regards to building muscle) than fast-acting whey – doh! So the “casein before bed” mantra is just one tiny piece of the puzzle, not the whole picture.
99.9% of the population needs not worry at all about what type of protein to consume when – that’s really splitting hairs. Instead, the focus should be more on fundamentals like eating 6 healthy meals per day – day in and day out.
Lastly, you can’t really decipher my thoughts on (or knowledge of) specific nutrition topics (like casein) by looking at some sample meal plans I laid out. I designed those to be real-world, user-friendly nutrition plans.
