Best MultiVitamin for the Money

Just today, one of my clients (who is a personal trainer) asked me “Which multi do you suggest that people purchase?”  She wanted to know both for herself and for her clients.

Let me briefly state that there are a TON of multivitamin/mineral products on the market.  Most of them are crap!  For the record, if your multi rhymes with sintrum or wonuday, then you bought junk, my friend.

On the other hand, some of these mutlit-vitamin/mineral products are absolutely TOP NOTCH!  Unfortunately, many people have to take out a second mortgage to pay for them.

Later I will review various vitamin and mineral products that I think are good, regardless of the cost.

But today I want to give you my recommendation for the best multi-vitamin and multi-mineral (all in one) for the money…

Natrol’s My Favorite Multiple (yep, that’s the real name!)My Favorite Multiple

I sometimes like to give car analogies to explain the quality of something.  If your department store multi is a Yugo (do they still make those), and the best ones (that cost over $100/month) are Ferraris, then Natrol’s My Favorite Multiple is a Lexus.  But since you can get it here for under $15, you’re getting that Lexus for the price of a Honda Civic.

Yours in health,

Dr Clay
