I find describing the Dr Clay Show a bit tough, to be honest.

It essentially boils down to this.  I love fitness and I love teaching.  And, as luck would have it, I love teaching fitness!  The Dr Clay Show is a way for me to do just that – share some good, solid, nononsense information with you, the viewer.

For the most part, topics will have to do with nutrition (for fat loss, muscle gain, and occasionally even health/wellness), weight-training, cardio, you know…all that “fitness” stuff.

I’ll also hit on some other topics as well – some just for fun, some just because I find them interesting.

But overall, The Dr Clay Show (DCS) is a web TV show with one purpose: to help YOU Look & Feel Your BEST!
