Meet Dr Clay
Hey, there! Thanks for stopping by. If you’d like to learn more about me, then you must be bored…but you’re in the right place!
You can find out more about me, both professionally and personally. I’m not going to write about myself in the 3rd person like most people do, I’m just going to tell you in my own words who I am, what I’m about, what I’ve done, and what I’m doing.
This area is a work in progress, so please bear with me. Meanwhile…
If you’re "on Facebook" like everyone else seems to be, I’d love to be "friends" with you. The more the merrier.
Are you one of the gazillion "twitterers" (is that a word?!), then "follow me" and keep track of what I’m up to… in 140 character or less, mind you.
Interviews
In 2008 T-Nation.com interviewed me extensively for this: An Interview with Dr Clay. It was edited in an entertaining manner designed to be a bit edgey. Nonetheless I thought it turned out very good.
