The Details
To get the physique you want, you have to train properly. You must do a workout that supports the achievement of your goals.
If your goal is to have a lean, slender body, then you shouldn’t be doing a bodybuilding program.
On the other hand, if you do wanna compete in a bodybuilding or figure competition, then you shouldn’t just do some workout you found on the Internet or in some fitness magazine.
Your training program should fit your body, your goals, your experience, and your schedule. It must also take into account the equipment you have available and any injuries you may have or have had.
This is where our Customized Training Program Design comes in. Your program is designed just for you, your goals, and your lifestyle.
Here’s how the Customized Training Program works…
Once we receive your order we will send you a detailed questionnaire. In there you’ll tell me a bit about your medical history, how you currently train, what equipment you have available, how many days you want to work out, and especially your goals.
Though it’s not a must, I’d ideally like to have you send a few photos so that I can access numerous things including posture, muscular imbalances, symmetry, etc. This helps me to really fine tune your workout.
Once we get all your information, I will personally look everything over and design your personalized program.
Because exercise form is crucial to both the safety and effectiveness of a training program, once you receive your program, look it over… and if there are any exercises on there that you don’t know exactly how to do, let us know and we will send you a detailed how-to. We wanna make sure you do it right!

Your Customized Training Program will be very thorough. It will lay out your weekly training schedule and show you exactly what exercises to do, how many sets and reps to perform, and how long to rest in between sets.
We’ll also be sending you a bunch of guidelines, tips, and tricks that will help you get the most out of your training program.
No longer will you have to wonder if you’re doing the right exercises and doing them properly. You’ll be able to train with confidence knowing you’re doing things right!

The Catch
It’s very time consuming for me to design custom programs. I have to take into account your goals, training experience, and available equipment among other things. Likewise, there are usually a couple of people “in line” ahead of you.
For that reason it may take up to 7 days (after receiving your questionnaire) to get your program completed.
