Christie Z, PhD / Atlanta, GA
“A simple, step-by-step approach to physique enhancing nutrition.”
The book is really good! A simple, step-by-step approach to physique enhancing nutrition. It will be a great tool for the beginner or intermediate “dieter”, and yet thorough enough for even the more advanced to put to good use, as well.
Robin S. / California
“… an excellent job of simplifying the complexities of nutrition.”
I thoroughly enjoyed the book. Dr Clay does an excellent job of simplifying the complexities of nutrition. He provides a straight forward approach on how to combine macro nutrients to fire up your metabolism.
Art R. San Carlos, CA
“… an amazing opportunity to get this bundle of knowledge for free!”
This book does a phenomenal job of not only laying the foundation for the inexperienced, but it can also jog the memory of self-proclaimed “seasoned veterans”. The information contained therein is solid, to say the least, and it is an amazing opportunity to get this bundle of knowledge for free!
Tony R. – Tupelo, MS
“…a great book for anyone who wants to take care of their looks and health.”
The book was crisp, contains solid information and will be a great book for anyone who wants to take care of their looks and health. I heard that you are going to give it for free which shows your genuine interest to improve others life. The information contained is better than many books available at mind-boggling prices.
S. Babu / India
“…a good read for everyone regardless of their nutritional knowledge or goals.”
I really liked this book. It covers everything from basic ideas of healthy eating to advanced methods of nutrient consumption and timing. This makes the book a good read for everyone regardless of their nutritional knowledge or goals. It is written in a friendly, plain speaking manner making it an easier read, unlike many ‘heavier’ nutrition books.
I also liked that the book addressed resistance training and SSC (steady-state cardio) and HIIT (high intensity interval training) as anyone who has any physique goals needs to have some understanding of the importance of exercise.
I will be telling all of my physique conscious friends to download this book.

“… a wealth of honest, to the point knowledge…”
The book is great! Just like all of your articles, your videos, and your website this book is a wealth of honest, to the point knowledge and will be well received. I have especially enjoyed reading the RFL plan and think I’ll jump right on that! Thank you again, Dr. Clay, for giving us this information for free.

“Fantastic!… simple to read, simple to understand, and simple to follow.”
Hi Dr. Clay – I just finished reading your ebook- fantastic! I truly believe it’s great just the way it is. (He got a sneak peak.) It is simple to read, simple to understand, and simple to follow. You’ve taken a lot of the guesswork out of the diets with your sample plans, and have gone above and beyond with easy to prepare recipes.
One of the best things about this book is the fact that it will appeal to those beginners who are interested in making progress without the complicated “science” that some authors include in their work. Although I, myself like the scientific studies and jargon (as I know you do also), I find that when dealing with clients – simple is indeed better.

“I started with just Step 1, and now people are stopping me to ask what it is that I “do”.”
I think you’ve done a fantastic job spelling it all out in a DETAILED, friendly manner that can help everyone – someone who knows absolutely nothing or to the serious competitor looking to fine tune their program.
The Simple Steps approach REALLY works! I started with just Step 1, eight months ago (while pregnant) and now people are stopping me to ask what it is that I “do”. The Macro-Cycling plan is great and you couldn’t have made it easier. I’m excited to try it and take my fitness goals to the next level.

“It’s no bullshit, straight to the point, and PRACTICAL!!”
“Dr. Clay, thanks for writing such a great book….for free. I’ll let those want to have a great body to have a look. It’s no bullshit, no filling, straight to the point, and PRACTICAL!! That’s the most motivating part…giving hope that if we really put it into practice, it’ll work!” -

“… sums up most of the good information out there…”
It’s got good solid foundational information. I’ve been reading different information on fitness, muscle gaining and fat loss for at least 5-6 years and your document thankfully sums up most of the good information out there without any of the bad information.
I did learn some new stuff about Carb cycling which was helpful to me. It’s something I had been wanting to look into as I know a lot of people do that with success and it can’t hurt to copy those who succeed. Thanks for taking the time to write the book.

“… written the way I think… easy-to-follow…”
I am sure this is the only book I have ever read that’s written the way I think, by which I am referring to the sentence where people who say they don’t have enough time to eat breakfast are making a “piss-poor excuse”. That’s the way to write and make people take notice!
The book is very well set out visually, the plans are easy to follow as are the rationales behind them and for me a nice thing was seeing the up-front preachy part (preface) was readable and not too long. Every author in the business does one of them, this was one of the better ones.
Justin W. / St. Louis, Missouri
Note: I just wanted to point out how 2 people can have a very different reaction to the exact same sentence. Justin (above) love it while Mary Lynn (below)… not so much. But I sincerely appreciate and respect both. It just goes to show that you can’t please everyone. So you might as well just be yourself! ~ Dr Clay
“I personally don’t like the ‘tone’ at times but…”
I personally don’t like the “tone” at times but know that you do it to motivate people and have heard a lot of excuses/ misinformation that people believe.
I do like the warnings about misuse of RFL, cheat meals etc. and the tips you give. I like the flexibility and the true basics to better eating it gives. You appear to be right on with the exercises as well.
Mary Lynn Z.
